The Monkey Crew

Daddy Monkey: He's the daddy, and that's what he's always called in our house.

Picasso Monkey: He's my seven year old with a creative mind and innate artistic abilities. He never ceases to amaze me with his latest master piece; whether it's on paper or constructed with Legos. He's also the non-compliant son who likes to do things in non-conventional ways.

Einstein Monkey: He's my sensitive, shy five year old with an ever processing brain. His name has double meaning. I call him that because he has a brilliant mind (he's a puzzle expert), and also because, like Disney's Little Einsteins, he loves music. At any given moment I'll hear him humming a tune or singing some lines.

Aloha, Bloggy World! This blog is all about the day to day things that my kids and I do. It's the tales of my monkeys and the mayhem that goes on. It's about me trying to stay one step ahead of the kids and trying to hold it together while dealing with the very opposite personalities of two brothers. One is mellow and compliant while the other is the instigator of mayhem and likes to test his boundaries. There's never a dull moment around here. I'll always have a lifetime supply of memories to share.
